Full basement remodel. Building permit was issued and followed city requirements in order to convert basement into a living space with two bedrooms. Furnace/laundry room was converted into a beautiful laundry/bathroom.
-New insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, doors, trim, shower tile, and windows including egress windows. All passed final inspection.

Full siding and window trim replacement. Old cedar materials were replaced by new Hardie Lap Siding.

Bellevue Insurance Claim
Homeowner called after mitigation company didn't offer reconstruction services. We assisted by providing a reconstruction estimate to install new LVP floors, baseboard and carpet. A few change orders made this project transform into a great living space.
